    • Represented various corporations in the construction industry in their sale to leading publicly-traded companies.
    • Represented automobile dealership companies in connection with their acquisition of various automobile dealerships in California and Arizona.
    • Represented an agricultural company in its recapitalization and stock sale estimated at $90 million to a private equity investment firm.
    • Represented a genome sciences company in its acquisition of a livestock cloning company.
    • Represented seller in $61 million sale of footwear and apparel business to a publicly-traded international footwear company.
