Professional Experience
Lisa Lyons practices in the area of health law, assisting hospitals and other health care providers with regulatory compliance, and corporate and contracting matters. Lisa has significant experience counseling on fraud and abuse, Stark law, reimbursement, tax exemption, EMTALA, managed care arrangements and corporate compliance. She has assisted health care entities in various sectors with internal investigations. Lisa also handles business acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions for health care clients, as well as pharmacy compliance work.
