Professional Experience
Lisa Nowakowski's practice includes special emphasis on matters related to partnership and limited liability company structuring and taxation, structuring like-kind exchange transactions, and sales, use and property tax matters. She has wide experience in drafting and negotiating partnership, limited liability company and joint venture agreements; extensive additional experience with low income housing tax credit transactions. She has client representations before the Internal Revenue Service, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue and the Milwaukee City Assessor.
