Mark A. Kircher, Partner

Biography

Mark is trial counsel of choice for major manufacturers of motorcycles, construction and agricultural equipment and consumer products. He acts as national counsel with respect to pattern litigation, and has also handled commercial, intellectual property and toxic tort matters where his skills as a trial lawyer enhanced the value of Q&B's representation.
