Professional Experience
Mark Kircher practices in the area of product liability defense. His practice involves cases involving motorcycle crashworthiness and handling, construction and agricultural equipment accidents, motor vehicle accidents, heavy truck fuel system integrity and “lemon law” claims. Mr. Kircher has represented products clients as national or regional trial counsel in state and federal courts in 40 states, and has tried products liability cases to verdict in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Through his practice, he has gained practical experience in the fields of ergonomics, machine design, metallurgy, biomechanics, and static and dynamic accident reconstruction. Mr. Kircher also serves as general counsel to Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company, a Wisconsin mutual insurer of 40 municipalities in the State of Wisconsin, providing coverage opinions, drafting advice and defense oversight of select claims. Mr. Kircher’s recent experience includes:
- Acting as national trial counsel to a major United States motorcycle manufacturer headquartered in Milwaukee on matters involving crashworthiness, handling and related issues.
- Acting as national trial counsel to the second largest manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment worldwide, with respect to skid steer loader litigation.
