Mary K. Arnberg is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Quarles & Brady LLP. She provides leadership and management oversight of all of the Firm's Human Resources functions including: Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development, Diversity and Community Relations, Staff Employee Relations including recruitment and training, Employee Benefits Management and Wage and Salary Administration. In addition, she co-chairs the Associate Policy Committee and the Associate Evaluation Committee. Before joining Quarles & Brady, Ms. Arnberg was Director of Human Resources - Legal at Sidley Austin LLP. Prior to becoming a legal administrator, Mary held a variety of sales, training and human resources positions both domestically and internationally at AT&T.
