Michael S. Weissman, Esq. is the Director of Legal Practice Technology at Quarles & Brady LLP. Mr. Weissman’s area of responsibility encompasses Practice Group Technology, Litigation Technology Support, Library & Research, Records, Docket and Intake & Conflicts. In addition, he leads the Firm's Technology Advisory Committee, along with the Firm's Chief Information Officer and Technology Partner.

 

Mr. Weissman has worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Quarles & Brady LLP, he served as a technology consultant to a large international law firm. Mr. Weissman is a licensed attorney in Illinois, and was a litigation practitioner prior to entering the technology field. He received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Mr. Weissman has competed NITA (National Institute for Trial Advocacy) training, has served as an Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County's Mandatory Arbitration Program, is a member of CALSM (Chicago Area Litigation Support Managers) and the American Bar Association.
