Michele Malis is a member of the firm's Trusts & Estates Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of sophisticated estate planning for entrepreneurial and family-business clients. She works with high-net-worth clients relative to all forms of wealth preservation and planning. She advises clients on estate planning; estate and trust administration; income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; closely held business planning; and related issues with respect to preserving and transmitting wealth within families. Ms. Malis also has extensive knowledge in the areas of tax, business, estate issues, and the drafting and construction of wills and estates.
