Quarles & Brady's Nachinson Named to IWIRC Network Board
CHICAGO, ILL. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Lauren N. Nachinson, an attorney in the Firm’s Chicago office, has been named to the network board of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation’s (“IWIRC”) Chicago Chapter.
Ms. Nachinson practices in the commercial bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights group. She counsels clients in a wide variety of restructuring and insolvency matters. Lauren has represented debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors and trustees in both Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings, litigates preferential and fraudulent transfer cases, and has substantial experience contesting matters before various bankruptcy, district and circuit courts. She received her law degree,
cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Emory University.
