Professional Experience
Natalie Remington practices in the Commercial Litigation Group. Natalie has represented clients in all stages of litigation spanning from pre-suit negotiations to jury verdict. Her accomplishments include:
- Represented Lambeau Field HVAC contractor in a commercial dispute with a valve supplier resulting in a jury award in excess of half-a-million dollars.
- Successfully defended a Taiwanese screw manufacturer against allegations of breach of contract and breach of warranties.
- Successfully represented food service and retail clients in resolving liquor license disputes.
- Successfully represented clients in settling various trade secret disputes.
- Successfully represented lenders in obtaining contested commercial foreclosure judgments.
Natalie has assisted clients with all manner of litigation matters, including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, fraud, and violations of various regulatory rules. Her clients come from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, food service, retail and financial services.
