​Quarles & Brady Names Valerie Vidal as Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Milwaukee partner, Valerie Vidal, has been chosen to be a member of the 2016 class of Fellows, participating in a landmark program created by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”

Valerie is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and is part of the Financial Services Industry Team. She represents corporate clients in a variety of contractual and business disputes and regularly defends financial institutions against lender liability and consumer fraud claims. She has significant electronic discovery experience and has advised clients on e-discovery efficiencies.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 240 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. Vidal received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin and her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
