​Rodney Ott Joins Quarles & Brady’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group

PHOENIX, Ariz. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Rodney W. Ott has joined the firm's Phoenix office as Of Counsel in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

He represents developers and utilities in public utility commission matters, including cases involving the issuance and modifications of certificates of convenience and necessity. He has been involved in a number of jury trials and appeals concerning eminent domain, contract and lease disputes, valuation of real estate, and governmental takings of undeveloped and improved land. He has also been named a Top 50 Pro Bono Attorney in Arizona by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education.

He received his law degree from Fordham University, his master's degrees from John Hopkins University and Columbia University, and his bachelor's degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.
