News Release

CHICAGO, ILL. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Kirk A. Hoopingarner, a partner in the firm's Chicago office, has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”).

ACTEC is a professional organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers who have demonstrated the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
