Brian K. Moll Joins Quarles & Brady's Business Law Practice Group

PHOENIX, AZ — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Brian K. Moll has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a partner in its Business Law Practice Group.
Molls focuses his practice on business law, advising companies and private equity firms with respect mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, entity formation, and commercial law issues.
He has represented clients in the mining, manufacturing, health care, software, business services and technology-related industries, and has experience working with businesses of all sizes, as well as private equity and venture capital firms.
He received his law degree, with honors, and his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
