Dillon Earns Board Certification From Florida Bar

News Release

NAPLES, FL — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Kimberley A. Dillon, a partner in the firm’s Naples office, has earned Board Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates from The Florida Bar.

To receive board certification, a lawyer must practice law for at least five years, demonstrate involvement in their field of law, pass a peer review and receive a passing grade on the required examination. Board certification is one of the highest recognitions a lawyer in Florida can receive, and only seven percent of Florida Bar members are board certified. Certified attorneys are the only lawyers allowed to use the terms specialist, expert or B.C.S. for Board Certified Specialist when referring to their legal credentials and is the Florida Bar's "Legal Expert" status.

Dillon is a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group, where she focuses on the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, general business law, corporate services, tax controversy and tax planning. She advises individuals and businesses on a variety of tax matters, including individual income, gift and estate tax consequences; corporate and partnership tax consequences; and international tax consequences.

Dillon is listed in Florida Super Lawyers® - Rising Stars (2009, 2011–2014), Gulfshore Business ”40 Under 40” (2011), and is Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated.
