Eric Krischke Joins Quarles & Brady’s Intellectual Property Practice Group10/04/13

"He provides additional breadth and experience to the Intellectual Property Group having attorneys based throughout Quarles & Brady's offices."
Prior to joining the firm, Krischke was a partner at Schiff Hardin LLP. His practice includes all areas of IP law with an emphasis on patent portfolio management, strategic client counseling with respect to patent validity and infringement issues, due diligence investigations, pre-litigation analysis and litigation. Krischke is a registered patent attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing domestic and international clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has particular experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and counterpart foreign patent applications in the mechanical and electrical arts.
Krischke also actively participates in litigation involving various disputes regarding patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, as well as in U.S. patent reexamination proceedings.
He received his law degree from John Marshall Law School and his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa.
