Previous to that, he spent 16 years at the American Bar Association, steadily working his way upward from Assistant Director of Employee Relations to Director of Human Resources. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Hargitt is M.B.A.-trained, with an emphasis in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology.
