Professional Experience
Nicholas O. Anderson is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Nick’s broad legal background allows him to provide practical advice to employers and to zealously represent their interests in state and federal court, in arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining the Firm, he clerked for the Honorable William C. Griesbach at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, served four years as an active duty JAG officer, and prosecuted cases as a Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney. Nick has experience with noncompete agreements, reductions in force, discrimination litigation, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
