Quarles & Brady Assists Kangaroo Brands with Sale of Snacks Business to ConAgra Foods Inc.

MILWAUKEE, WIS. — Quarles & Brady LLP represented long-time client, Kangaroo Brands, with the sale of its pita chip business to ConAgra Foods Inc. Kangaroo Brands is a private label manufacturer of food and snack items. Following the transaction, Kangaroo Brands will continue to own and market its pita bread and frozen sandwiches business.
