Professional Experience
Rachel Robertson practices in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group. Her recent experience includes:
- Defending employers against various claims of employee discrimination and retaliation, including lawsuits based upon Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Arizona Civil Rights Act, and other federal and state statutes.
- Representing employers before the EEOC and ACRD against discrimination and retaliation charges, including conducting investigations and drafting position statements.
- Defending employers in litigation, including breach of contract, the enforcement of covenants not to compete, and various tort claims, including emotional distress and contract interference claims; writing various dispositive motions in federal and state courts.
- Drafting comprehensive employment agreements and policies for employers.
