Robert J. Parker


Bob serves as Quarles & Brady's lead with respect to implementation and ongoing support of client matter management initiatives. In this capacity, he works with attorneys and non-legal staff to establish and continually improve the structure and framework for ongoing client matter management including workflows, tools, software applications, policies, and procedures to facilitate consistent, cost efficient management of legal matters from inception to closing.

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in the legal and professional services sectors. Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Bob served as a Department Operating Officer at an AmLaw 100 law firm where he was responsible for the administrative management and oversight of two law departments and firmwide industry teams. In addition, he served in several business operations management positions at a Fortune 1000 global engineering consulting firm.

Bob received a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University.
