Bob is experienced in all areas of trademark law, including searches and advice regarding selection and clearance of trademarks, trademark registration prosecution, trademark oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, enforcing trademark rights in court, defending trademark infringement claims, and trademark licensing; and international trademark registrations, oppositions, litigation, and licensing. Argued: Kohler Co. v. Moen Incorporated, 12 F.3d 632, 29 USPQ2d 1241 (7th Cir. 1993); The Forum Corp. of North America v. The Forum Ltd., 903 F2d 434, 14 USPQ2d 1950 (7th Cir. 1990).
