Professional Experience
Ruhee Divgi is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate Services Group. Her practice includes business planning and formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, corporate finance and other business transactions, and general corporate matters. Her recent experience includes:
- Representing both buyers and sellers, both strategic and financial, in acquisition and divestiture transactions and joint ventures.
- Representing commercial lenders and borrowers in credit transactions and financings.
- Advising publicly and privately held businesses in general corporate and commercial matters.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, including service agreements for a variety of clients conducting business both domestically and abroad.
- Representing buyers and vendors in the drafting and negotiation of supply and distribution agreements, often with values over $100 million and international implications.
- Advising publicly and privately held businesses with respect to record retention policies.
