Ruth Strekow brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning to the position of Director of Organizational Planning & Client Satisfaction. This dual role connects Quarles & Brady’s organizational and business planning function with its marketing initiatives via the bridge of client satisfaction monitoring, analysis and reporting.

Ruth’s primary responsibilities are to integrate “the voice of the client” more fully into Quarles & Brady’s operations, and to use the feedback obtained from ongoing client satisfaction monitoring to help the Firm make operational planning decisions that are client-centered.

Before joining the Firm in 2006, Ruth was the senior marketing professional at two other large law firms. She has also held business development and public relations positions in the long-term care, securities and insurance industries.

A graduate of Marquette University, Ruth is active in the Wisconsin Council on Economic Education (EconomicsWisconsin) and Feeding America - Southeastern Wisconsin.
