Sarah C. Smith, Associate


Sarah Smith is a member of the firm's Public Finance Practice Group. She focuses her practice on representing cities, towns, school districts, community colleges, airports, underwriters, and trustees on public finance matters. She also has experience in municipal law and code, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing cable license agreements, service contracts, intergovernmental agreements, ordinances, resolutions, and policies for cities, towns and school districts. Additionally, she drafted legislation for a city to accelerate transportation projects.

Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Sarah worked for an Arizona-based law firm for a number of years.
