Sarah Fanto is an attorney in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She has experience in preparing utility and design patent applications, advising clients on right-to-practice and patentability options, responding to office actions and drafting non-disclosure agreements, joint development agreements, and licensing agreements.
