Scott has significant experience representing and advising franchise clients who are confronting complex business, litigation, or regulatory issues. Scott has successfully represented franchise companies facing the following forms of complex matters:

Scott’s franchise dispute resolution practice is national in scope, and he has handled franchise litigation matters in more than 20 states, in both state and federal courts and at both the trial court and appellate levels. He has also arbitrated cases before various arbitral bodies, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), JAMS, and United States Arbitration & Mediation.
