Sepideh Esmaili Smith practices in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group. She has experience in employment-related litigation, advice, counseling, and management of employment discrimination and harassment charges in federal and state courts and government agencies. Her recent experience includes:
  • Representation of Fortune 500 and other smaller to mid-sized employers in federal and state court.

  • Representation of a Fortune 500 company as well as smaller and midsized employers in discrimination matters before local, state, and federal agencies.

  • Assisting in the representation of large unionized company in labor arbitrations and disputes.
