Thomas A. Hart, Jr. is Director of the Firm’s Government Relations Practice and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Services Group. He has extensive experience in corporate law, federal and local government affairs, telecommunications, IP, financial services and commercial real estate. Mr. Hart served as a lobbyist and advisor to federal, state and local elected officials.
