Professional Experience
Tom Hitchcock represents lenders, borrowers and other parties in commercial lending and public finance matters. Mr. Hitchcock has served as counsel in a variety of single-lender and syndicated financings, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings and other commercial lending transactions, and Tom periodically advises lenders and borrowers regarding ongoing covenant compliance and other financing-related matters. Tom is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and has served as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, bank counsel and/or borrower’s counsel in many tax-exempt and taxable bond financings.
