Professional Experience
Tracy Bradford Farley practices in all areas of labor and employment law, with a concentration in employment discrimination litigation on behalf of management.
She earned her undergraduate degree in political science with a concentration in Asian studies from Northwestern University in 1991. While at Northwestern University, she completed a one-year exchange program at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, focusing on intensive Japanese language training, international relations, political science and economics. Ms. Farley received her law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude, where she was named a Harno Fellow.
From 1995 until 2002, she was active in the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association, serving as vice chair, project officer, co-chair of the National Mock Trial Competition, and co-chair of the Federal Trial Bar Training Course.
She previously served a two-year term as a law clerk to the Honorable Suzanne B. Conlon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
