Quarles & Brady Welcomes Three Franchise Attorneys to Phoenix Office
Firm Adds Significant Strength to Franchise Practice

PHOENIX, ARIZ. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced the addition of attorneys James Ullman, Jeffrey Wolf and Aaron Schepler to the Firm’s Phoenix office.  All focus their practices on franchise law.

“We are excited to welcome these outstanding attorneys,” said Jon Pettibone, Managing Partner of the Firm’s Phoenix office. “The addition of Jim, Jeff and Aaron strengthens our growing national franchise and distribution team. They add depth to both the transactional and litigation sides of the practice.”

The group’s arrival represents the latest addition to the Firm’s 20-member franchise and distribution practice. In 2010, nationally recognized franchise attorney David Beyer joined the Firm’s new Tampa office along with partner Chris Burden and associate Cheryl Lucente.

On joining Quarles & Brady, Ullman stated, “The opportunity to combine our practice with Quarles’ talented franchise lawyers was very appealing. Being a part of Quarles’ expanded franchise and distribution team will allow us to broaden the services we are able to provide to our clients.”

All were previously with Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
