Professional Experience
Valerie Vidal is an associate in the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady LLP and practices in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Ms. Vidal represents a variety of clients in complex civil disputes. Her recent experience includes:
- Representing intellectual property owners in enforcing patent, trademark and trade secret rights against competitors and former employees.
- Representing financial institutions in the defense of Truth in Lending, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act,
Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, lender liability and consumer fraud claims.
- Representing individuals and large corporations in court actions involving securities-related claims.
- Defending actuaries in multimillion-dollar professional malpractice and negligence lawsuits.
Ms. Vidal also has extensive experience representing individual pro bono clients in both state and federal court actions involving civil rights violations, tenant/landlord disputes, False Claims Act allegations and municipal violations.
