Vanessa A. Davis, Associate

Biography

Vanessa Davis is a member of the firm's Product Liability, Toxic Tort and Personal Injury Litigation Practice Group. In her practice, Vanessa has served as national counsel for a major construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer and has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Her trial experience includes securing a first chair defense verdict in a bench trial in Georgia. Vanessa also serves on and manages a team of lawyers that act as national document discovery counsel for an orthopedic device company in multi-district and state court litigation around the country.

Prior to attending law school, Vanessa worked for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security as a Grants Coordinator and Legislative Liaison and served as a Governor's Fellow for Indiana Governor Joe Kernan.
