Quarles & Brady Receives 2011 Wisconsin Organizational Philanthropy Award
MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that the Firm’s Milwaukee office will receive the 2011 Wisconsin Organizational Philanthropy Award from The Greater Milwaukee Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (“AFP”). The Firm was nominated by the Columbia St. Mary’s Foundation.
The Wisconsin Organizational Philanthropy Award recognizes a corporation, foundation or organization with an outstanding record of philanthropic leadership in the Greater Milwaukee area. Criteria for the award includes, demonstrating a leadership role in promoting philanthropy in Greater Milwaukee, encouraging leadership and staff to participate in volunteer and/or philanthropic activities, developing innovative philanthropic programs, and exhibiting generosity in contributing and/or raising philanthropic funds. The award will be presented at the 33rd Annual National Philanthropy Day on November 15 in Milwaukee, WI.
