Aaron Brancato is a member of the Labor & Employment group who focuses on immigration. He has experience preparing employment-based, non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1A, L-1B, B-1/B-2, PERM-based I-140, and Multinational Manager I-140. He assists clients and attorneys in obtaining and evaluating case information, and drafts responses to Requests for Evidence issued by the USCIS.
In addition, Aaron maintains and updates files and databases, and tracks key deadlines throughout the petition process for clients and attorneys. He is a helpful point of contact on non-legal immigration questions for employers and foreign nationals alike.
Aaron is an accomplished cellist who played with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago for a year and a half as an Associate Member, and teaches cello privately throughout the Chicago area.
