Biography

Abbey Dunn focuses her practice on wealth planning and estate administration with an emphasis on drafting wills, trusts, probating estates, and real estate matters. She regularly assists high-net-worth clients with complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, in addition to advising individual and corporate fiduciaries in estate and trust matters. Abbey also prepares charitable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, and irrevocable family trusts.
