Alexandra Theokas assists clients in a variety of industries with acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and general real estate legal services. Before joining the firm full-time, she was a winter associate who drafted loan documents and amendments, reviewed title documents, reviewed zoning materials, drafted due diligence memos and assisted attorneys with document review.
