Amanda V. Kerr represents a broad range of clients in a variety of Public Finance matters.
Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, she was a summer associate with the firm in 2019. Amanda has also been a law clerk at a financial services company in where she researched and drafted memorandums on a variety of issues including direct to consumer genetic testing, indemnification provisions in vendor contracts, the use of electronic signatures in real estate documents, and the effect of community property laws on death benefits; analyzed, amended, and restated LLC operating agreements; conducted fifty state surveys on notice requirements for trust beneficiaries and mutual fund regulation; and was involved in real estate negotiations and closings.
