Andrea “Andy” Landeen, Of Counsel


Andy Landeen is an attorney in the Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group. She focuses primarily on the representation of lenders and other creditors in pre- and post-judgment litigation. Her practice emphasizes litigation including commercial contracts, deeds of trust, enforcement of promissory notes, personal and commercial guaranties, and security agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, she represented debtors in litigation involving commercial real estate transactions arising from judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. She also has represented sub-contractors and materialmen in construction defect and mechanics' lien disputes in both state and federal courts, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
