Andrew Hargitt


Andrew Hargitt joined Quarles & Brady from Seyfarth Shaw, where he established the 700-attorney firm’s first national human resources department, established a single health care plan for the nine-office network, managed and optimized the firm’s 401k plan, and supervised the creation of an online performance review process, among the development and oversight of other high-end HR functions. Previous to that, he spent 16 years at the American Bar Association, steadily working his way upward from Assistant Director of Employee Relations to Director of Human Resources. 

A graduate of the University of Iowa, Andrew is M.B.A.-trained, with an emphasis in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. He also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
