We defended the manufacturer of several brand-name prescription drugs in a statewide consumer class action alleging an antitrust conspiracy among national drug manufacturers to prevent the discounting of drug prices or offers of rebates to retail pharmacies.
We represented a consumer products company in an arbitration seeking to enforce a noncompetition covenant entered into as part of our client's multimillion-dollar acquisition of a business that sells a nationally known household product.
