Caitlin Barden, Practice Group Attorney

Biography

Caitlin Barden represents clients on a full range of employment-based immigration matters. Working with clients across a variety of industries, she assists with:

  • Filing EB-1 Extraordinary Ability and EB-2 National Interest Waiver immigrant petitions
  • Preparing non-immigrant visas, including L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, and O-1
  • Processing employment-based green card matters, including PERM, Multinational Manager, Outstanding Researcher and National Interest Waivers

Caitlin gained practical experience as a legal intern in the Office of the General Counsel in the Social Security Administration and as a judicial intern for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
