Cale Johnson is an associate in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He represents clients in a variety of industries and business sectors on general litigation matters including commercial lease disputes.
Cale draws upon his previous experience as a Labor and Employment attorney to strengthen his litigation practice. He has represented employers of all sizes across a wide range of industries with issues involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal, state and local fair employment and anti-discrimination issues.
Before joining the firm, Cale gained research experience through various legal internships, where he analyzed state legislative issues and other legal issues within the healthcare and business law sectors.
