Cassie B. Arntsen, Associate


Cassie focuses her practice in commercial litigation. She has experience in drafting motions, court orders and legal claim letters for various types of cases, including personal injury, legal malpractice, criminal matters, and general contract disputes. Cassie has also conducted legal research on trial-related questions and assisted in the production of client education materials.

During law school, Cassie worked in the Federal Criminal Defense clinic at the University of Iowa College of Law where she worked closely with clients, drafted motions, and argued in federal district court. In addition, Cassie worked as a legal research assistant to Professor Alison Guernsey for whom she conducted legal research and assisted in ongoing criminal matters.
