Catherine Faught Pollard, Partner


Catherine Faught Pollard is Co-chair of Quarles & Brady LLP's Healthcare Litigation Subgroup. She practices litigation in the areas of product liability, healthcare, toxic torts, and personal injury defense. Catherine represents manufacturers and companies in litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, chemical exposure, toxic torts, asbestos, motorcycles, and professional liability issues. She also is involved in claims investigation, handling, and resolution on behalf of national and regional clients. In addition, her experience includes representation of product liability clients as national counsel in courts across the country.
