Biography

Charlotte Kempster is an immigration paralegal in the Labor & Employment Group. She has experience in drafting complex immigration petitions and applications and efficiently managing the process from initiation to conclusion. Specifically, Charlotte has worked with:

  • H1B, O1, TN, and E3 petitions and applications
  • Prevailing wage and labor condition applications
  • I-140 portion of the permanent residency application in the EB1, EB2 and EB3 categories
  • PERM/Labor Certifications including testing the market, placing advertisements, drafting summary recruitment letters
  • Reviewing positions for eligibility for employment-based categories, compiling of applications, and filing to relevant government agencies
  • Advising foreign nationals regarding maintenance of status and travel
  • Collecting documentation and filing both family-based and employment-based applications for Adjustment of Status (I-485) as well as applications for U-Visa, VAWA, DACA, and Naturalization.
  • Assembling and filing necessary applications to Immigration Court
