Christopher M. Guthrie, Associate


Christopher Guthrie is a member of the firm's Health & Life Sciences Practice Group. His clients include hospitals, hospital systems, practitioners, pharmacies, prescription drug distributors, and other health care providers. Chris' practice focuses on state and national health law matters, including health care transactions and regulatory and compliance matters; provider licensure and scopes of practice; False Claims, Anti-Kickback, and Stark laws; state and federal controlled substance reporting; FDA registration and compliance; telemedicine and telepharmacy regulations; and Medicare and Medicaid compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a middle- and high-school special education teacher. He previously served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique.
