Crissy Jung focuses on land use and zoning matters. She prepares and implements complex planning application processes including, but not limited to, use permit and variance requests, Planned Area Developments, and rezoning district requests; drafts legal correspondence, hearing presentations, and exhibits in regard to municipal-level government relations, land use, and zoning issues; and interprets federal, state, county, and municipal statutes, ordinances, policies, and local codes.
Crissy has strong relationships with local jurisdictions, district officials, and government staff which allow her to address client needs and conduct extensive due diligence and ordinance research. She consistently manages large caseloads, multiple projects, and creates systems to monitor progress.
In addition to Crissy's land use and zoning experience, she has an extensive public policy background.
