Chicago Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Committee Meeting

Justin DeAngelis will discuss a 2018 Year in Review of Design Patent Litigation on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. He will be reviewing the most important design patent cases in both Federal District Courts and at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 2018, including the final chapter of Apple v. Samsung where Apple was awarded $533 million for infringement of three of its design patents.
